The 2023 eFIXX 30 under 30 awards recognise, reward and champion the next generation of electrical contractors.
A panel of twenty-one industry experts judged the entrants on their willingness to go above and beyond and on their significant contributions.
Hundreds of entries were received, demonstrating the passion and commitment of the industry to support and showcase exceptional young talent.

Winners' Event
As a successful conclusion to the 2023 30 under 30 awards, brought to the industry by eFIXX and headline sponsor Luceco Group, the winners came together for a day of celebration, learning and networking.
The awards, which began in 2022, have been created to recognise up-and-coming talent within the industry, while showcasing the next generation of electrical contractors.
Hosted at the lively Drayton Manor Park, the event allowed the winners to collectively share their successes and engage in some knowledge-sharing activities.
Some winners from previous years also attended the day, showing their support for the next cohort of industry talent.

A10 Electrical Celebrates Triple Success at 30 Under 30 Awards
One company in particular has found incredible success at the 30 Under 30 Awards; Dale Hunter, Founder of A10 Electrical Solutions, was awarded as a 30 under 30 winner in the first year of the awards. This year, he nominated two of his own team, Archie Murton and Leonard Radley

The 2022 Winners Event featured guest speakers from Jaguar Land Rover and BG Sync EV, a presentation from a Jaguar EV specialist, and a talk on the importance of LED lighting design. These sessions were followed by an interactive panel discussion hosted by eFIXX, followed by team go-karting and a celebratory winner's dinner.
